They charged me £80 to pick up my TV, held it for two months (dodging my frequent calls, telling me that “no engineer is available to discuss your case”), and finally returned it, but in a worse state than when I gave it to them. To add insult to injury, they refused to give me a refund, since the £80 was a “handling charge” for pickup/delivery.
I suspect this is a scam operation.
